Delivery
Delivery is free of charge for purchases over AZN 500 within the city of Baku and in the regions where our stores are located. For purchases less than 500 AZN, a delivery charge of 20 AZN is applied.
In regions where we do not have stores, a fee is applied according to the distance to our warehouses.
Payment
Yes, BirKart and TamKart holders can buy all furniture in installments up to 12 months. Installment cards are valid in all our stores.

If 80% of the total amount is paid, your product can be reserved.
Replacement and return of furniture
SALOGLU company has the right to refuse to return or exchange the furniture if the customer makes a mistake in choosing the size, model and design of the furniture while ordering it.
According to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights, if the goods of the required quality obtained by the Consumer have not been used (not installed) and their appearance, consumer properties, seal, label, as well as the goods or cash receipt or other goods issued to them together with the goods if the documents have been kept, in these cases it can be returned and exchanged (within 14 days). In this case, the associated shipping and documentation costs are borne by the customer.
